Our Process – Residential Design/Build
BASK Construction is a full-service design/build company. We work with you from start to finish. You may have a property or we can assist you in finding the perfect spot to build your dream home. Our architectural and design team work with you to come up with a plan and layout that flows with your living style and requirements.
Once the layout and elevations drawings are completed, we are experienced in navigating the bylaws specific to your area as well as in obtaining permits. We obtain structural and mechanical drawings, floor joist layouts, and truss designs. All these elements are required for the various permits such as site alteration, demolition, building and, where required, road cuts for water and sewage lines. We work with town/city officials to obtain all necessary permits.
During the construction process, we are actively and constantly involved with our trades to ensure that we are building to the drawing, conforming to specifications, meeting regulations, and assuring quality craftsmanship. Before you receive the keys to your brand new home, you can be assured that it has been professionally cleaned, including ducting system, and that windows have been washed. Should you require help in furnishing your new home, our design service is available as required.
